Useful overview and steps for planning an Innovation driven venture。

A first class step by step guide to getting anew venture off the ground which can also be applied to a corporate trying to create new business offerings/stream IMO。 Very accessible and creatively punctuated with real life examples from the authors own comprehensive business experience; there can be no better reference than seen it, done it before。 Unlike many business books I have read before it also genuinely engaging to read - no mean achievement in itself。 Highly recommend
